Just a quick note to wish you the BEST day.

I was actually planning to enjoy a quiet day at home, which I don’t mind at all, but I ended up making FUN plans – so I’ll try to get some pictures to share with you. 😉

Being a mother is one of the parts of my life I’ve enjoyed the most. It certainly wasn’t easy, ha! But raising my two children is something I’m very proud of, and it feels like the greatest achievement.

I have friends who chose not to have children, and my own children (now adults) haven’t decided to have children (yet?), to which I always say: “The grass is green on BOTH sides of that fence.” 😉

It was during my daughter’s teen years (my youngest child) that I hit my worst point with emotional over-eating, and also when I got inspired to kick that habit and get healthy. I shared some of my story here about how I finally overcame that, which was the best thing I’ve ever done for myself!

Holidays can be hard sometimes, or stressful, or bring up all kinds of feelings…
